Best dealer to order from?

I'm going to take delivery at the center so it doesn't matter what dealer I order the car at.

Where should I order? Who would have the most slots avail?

M3 comp X drive

Thanks!

Any dealer who has an allocation and would honor MSRP deal.

Most dealers have wait list and you might have to call around to find one.

How do you get them to honor MSRP deal? In writing I assume?

Yes. Make sure you ask if they'll honor 0.9% financing as well.

Yes, they will most often print your build sheet with final price and financing rate with it.

I went through a broker that had a dealer with an allocation. But I ordered mine in March. I was able to get 5.6% off msrp + $500 loyalty. My broker was great and kept me informed the whole time on what was going on with all the delays.

Also interested...either looking to go through a broker or an easy to work dealer on the east coast if anyone has recommendations.

I have a great dealership I have been working with. Just PM me. They sell at MSRP, honor any rebates and give the 0.9 financing. I've already reccomended a few people to them who have gotten their allocations and started production.

Does anyone know how long does it take to get an allocation? I am in North Jersey. Put in my order on Oct 29th (last month) but I am still in the waiting line. 3 people are ahead of me to get on allocation.

The sales person has no idea when will be the allocation. They haven't been any help. Does anyone know on average how often BMW releases the allocation and how has been your experience in your area from ordering to build date?

G8x allocations in the recent past has been sporadic and does not follow a typical interval. Your CA is right, he will not know when and how many allocations which they will receive.

This isn't binding, even if you get them to "initial" it, like they sometimes do to try to make a deal. Granted most dealers will stick to it but they can wiggle out of it if they really want to. I'm not a lawyer, but I'd think that if you had a series of emails that added to the documentation, then you'd have a more convincing argument than just a dealer worksheet.

It's not a contract but at least a document to prove my statements if someone decides to change their mind. Something is better than nothing.

Most of my past deals have been with out of state dealers and none of the dealers with whom I worked in the past have changed the numbers between order and delivery with this type of document.

Ditto (could be the same dealership, for all I know). Mine was a Center of Excellence for the past 2 years. PMs welcomed.

Looking for a better dealer as well. Been lurking for a while but haven't posted as of yet. If anyone is willing to share their dealership selling at MSRP and isn't sitting on their hands I'd appreciate it. I'm in the New Mexico area.

Will work towards those post goals so I can PM some people!
