Also in port waiting for ship. I was week 48, actual production was Nov 23rd ( so a bit earlier). I’m in canada and if it does get shipped with WH next ship scheduled for the east coast with a port call at Halifax is December 13th ( morning peace).Now trying to figure out if it will get on the ship or if the car is affected by RAM stop. BMW Canada shows no recalls, using the bmw recall tool found here on the forum says “vin not found” but BMW Uk recall says “There is an open technical enhancement on this vehicle. Please go here to book an online appointment for your vehicle selecting "service as required" or contact your local retailer here for more information. Enhancement codes 0065480300, 0065480300, 0065480300, 0065480300.” ?!?!

Yes still at the port. Mine has the RAM issue also.
Don't know if they fix it there or wait until the VPC to resolve.

I'm at the port. I have one open item on the recall tool. 0065600300 - "Checking the installation of amplifier, retrofitting if necessary."

Is this different from RAM issue?

I am still at the port as well. Hope the system has just not updated and I was on a recent ship, time will tell.

In transit when I checked this morning.

Spoke with genius and it left port yesterday scheduled to arrive in Bayonne nj port around 12/29.
