Just got confirmation I’m on Victoria Highway. Scheduled to Brunswick on December 15th. Currently about 1/4 of the way across the Atlantic, headed to Baltimore.

Bro literally best Christmas present *EVER*
What is your scheduled port arrival date? Curious what your dealership expects from port to dealership. Mine has said 1 week. With car schedule to arrive at port 12/21. So I’ll likely miss Christmas unfortunately. Sadly it was originally supposed to land in California on 12/16, which would have been very likely Christmas delivery.

He said 12/17 arrival and at the dealership more than likely on the 23-24 but possibly 25-26.

I’m just glad it’ll most likely be before year end! I’m off the first week of January and I’m looking forward to enjoying the 1,200 miles in the first week 😂

Holy damn 😂

After watching this video I'm changing my oil at 400 miles (myself) and then at 1200 miles with BMW and then AGAIN at 2000 miles.

And then after that I'll be following the 3,000 mile rule (Gonna be on E50) from then on out.

Interesting status change...
I was on the Tannhauser - scheduled to arrive 12/8 in New Jersey port (actually arrived on 12/7). My Client Advisor also confirmed the arrival date and said it will take about a week to get to the dealership in PA.

Checked the status this morning - the app has gone from "In Transit" back a step to "At the port" and the MyBMW page is showing status 193 - which is "Port of Exit".

I guess they use that code/status for any port - whether it be port of exit or port of arrival.

Anyone seen the same thing?

Ya that's normal, it'll go back to "in transit" once it's on the 18 wheeler and then "at the dealership" once it arrives.

That's normal, there is only one status code for Port Arrival wether it be Exit or Arrival Port.

Edit : if you ask your CA they can confirm on their end it'll show Arrival at whatever Port you are at.

OW-8 is practically water. B58 may be made by Toyota, but they don't put it in Corollas. You may void your warranty if you change oil before 1200 miles. Changing every 3,000 miles after the initial change is OK.

Congrats!
Appreciate it is a different port in my case (New Jersey/NY) but it arrived on 12/7 and my CA just told me it will be on a truck for transport to PA on 12/14.

Just flipped back to “at the port” today, so I suspect that means they offloaded me about a day or so ago. Should be able to get the trucking information within a couple days from now.

On a whim I called the genius line just now and they said “en route to dealer”. Not sure how long that will be to get up to Seattle area. Will keep ya posted.
