It's very random as far as I can tell, I haven't really tried to zero in on the possible cause. It's the most recurring stretch of "Multi-radar detected" warnings I've ever had in 5 years, same detector in 2 different cars. |
Vortex Radar (
https://www.vortexradar.com/) has a great set of recommended settings for different detectors. You might find that MultaRadar isn't in use where you are and can be disabled. I think the sensor covered up here is an occupancy sensor. Not sure why some folk are getting laser hits though, perhaps the laser headlights. No idea on that one.
