G81 Winter Tyres
Hi All,
New to the forum and desperately need some advice. Apologies if this has been covered. I grabbed a G81 M3 for a trip to France at Christmas. Love the car and have been rushing to get 1,200 miles on it before the trip. Service booked for the day I leave and should have just ticked over. Now, I need some winter tyres as I'm leaving on Friday. Michelin Alpin's are impossible to find so have opted for Conti 860s. The issue is the rears are 295/30/20. This creates a 1.5% circumference differential. Has anyone run this setup, is there an issue with the xdrive system? Thanks! |

Why do the rears have to be 295/30/20? You are aware that there is more than one tyre manufacturer on the planet, right? Nokian, Pirelli, Bridgestone, pick one.

Good luck with your trip (and your traction control system). |
