I also really disliked the initial leaks of the G80. But this render honestly doesn't look that bad. Looks mean and aggressive. I can sort of see myself getting used to the large grill look. I just can't quite get the buck teeth/beaver look outta my head. I still love my F80 though.

Looking better than photos taken with a potato, but still far from beautiful, which previous M3/4's were. That rear diffuser isn't tasteful, and doesn't work with the circular pipes.

They also forgot the front camera from the leak, also wondering where the ACC radar will go.

I'm going to be one of those who say this actually looks better than what I've been led to expect. Is it just a case of managing expectations, or is this the afterglow of Stockholm Syndrome?

The leaked grill should be slightly smaller than the render. Overall I think this design is ok. Can't wait to get one.

The front end looks better than previous renderings (and better than both of the leaked photos)

But.... the back end is still "BUTT UGLY" imho!

I'm sure the performance will help justify the beating this model took ascetically. I had an X7 as a loaner this past weekend and I couldn't get over how much I dislike the giant gapping grills that are the norm now. Makes the front end look so narrow and unrefined. I guess we'll wait and see how it looks on the road with M Perf parts

Sucks rear diffuser looks like a micro USB connector, BMW could've at least made it look like USB C type plug to fit with the times... oh well, maybe LCI will get it.
