So as of this morning the dealership still doesn't have my car even though the system says it should have been dropped off over the weekend and I'm being told there is no way to see why it's not arrived and I need to wait for it to arrive "in the next few weeks". Will this never end...

I would hope it can be written off as something as simple as a transportation delay due to the holidays? Hope it pops up any day for you!

Is there a way you can talk to your CA about which carrier was used to transport ur car and then can contact their company and see where your car is at.

Sadly not as I tried that. I know my car was shipped through Moore Transport. So I called them and asked if they could let me know why my scheduled delivery wasn't made yesterday to the dealership and he said he wasn't able to tell me that information. Kind of crazy to me that there isn't anyone I can ask what's going on at this stage... could be in the middle of a blizzard in the NE for all I know.

Finally picked her up last night, 2 days before the 1 year mark from placing my order. She's now comfortable in the garage but my E90 is a bit cold this morning.

How did you find which Carrier was used for shipping i.e. Moore. Did your dealership tell you?

Yes it was in the system next to the status that it had shipped to both the dealer and genius. You can't get this info yourself sadly you have to reach out to one of those two.

Thanks. I have an X5 that says dispatched from Factory as of Nov 18th but dealership still has not received it. I am in Chicagoland - so usually the ETA from Spartanburg to Chicago is around 1-2 days. Both Genius & my dealership says the approx date of delivery they are seeing is tomorrow - which is holiday. Not sure why such a delay. And Genius refused to give out which is the carrier being used. I will try asking my dealership also. Was really hoping to get it before Thanksgiving.

Saw your car at dealership today. I should have taken a pic but was in the zone. Mine will be ready for pick up Monday. Got Michelins so I'm happy.

Mine did this once it hit the port at the states. Stayed there for a couple days before going back to in transit when assigned a carrier to drive it to the dealer

Maybe so? CA said I got lucky with michilens said someone else recently got Yokohamas. Thought it was pirelli or Michelins only that they came with.
