Thought I create a separate thread for our state. Has anyone took their car out for a spin near Holy Hill? I was there last week to go to Fox and Hounds and the twists and turns appear to be a great stretch. Too bad I was in my X3 with kids. Wondering if someone has already tried that stretch.

I've heard of this place, never been. I did hear that there is police around that area so be careful.

Thanks. I didnt see anyone near that area. Its pretty remote and no where for cops to sit around. Even if u drive at or slightly above the speed limit, I think its still a cool drive. Might go in early spring and fall(might be crowded then)

Also maybe once the weather warms up a little, might be cool to bring our cars to the lake front and take some pics near the Art Museum.

I did a little loop this morning in the Holy Hill area and right past Fox and Hounds. The shaded roads still had some frost on them. I spun up in 4wd in third gear. Good times!

Dang, I hope u r ok. It’s been a frosty couple of mornings. Was the trail crowded ? I’m resuming once u got past holy hill the roads become clear of traffic.

Not much traffic on a Sunday morning. It's worth a drive if you are nearby, like me. But probably not worth a road trip to get here.
Yeah I just meant that my wheels slipped while accelerating in a straight line. No incidents to report.

I’m in the Milwaukee area, I’m always down to meet up. Saw my second G “in the wild” recently looked like a younger guy in a Portimao Blue, can’t recall if it was a G80 or G82. There is a PB G83 I see around as well but not recently in the cold.

Did u see it yesterday or today ? I work near Glendale and took my car out yesterday and today. Otherwise I’m usually driving it on Fridays but the last couple of Fridays it’s been snowing. Lol. I have seen a black G82 going on 43 south going towards 94 West a couple of time. Wonder who it is

Ha that’s probably me. It was a few weeks back on a Saturday night when I saw that G in the Walgreens parking lot on Brady St.

I've seen that blue G83 in front of Cloud Red, long time ago. Recently saw a silver G80 in Brookfield - pretty sure we saw each other.

Looks like there is a pretty good contingent of Milwaukee area cars, Madison area ones, a few more to the north. I'm looking forward to some nicer weather so we can get together. Would it be helpful to put together a roll-call of interested vehicles and their respective general location?

Sure, count me in. There is a cars and coffee event every third Sunday at McKinley marina near downtown Milwaukee. Im guessing that starts up again sometime in May.

That would be me, just purchased it last week. Add another G to the milwaukee/wisconsin club.
