Pic request IOM with Silverstone or black interior

I spec’d black due to having kids, but this won’t be a daily driver. I’m not doing buckets, but really would like to see some shots. I went through the official thread, but hardly any black interior pics.

Thanks for any you can provide!

Subscribed. Not enough pics of IOMG with silverstone or black interiors with black calipers.

What angles would you like? I realize that I haven't taken many shots of the interior in the last 3 years.

Alternately, the local dealer in my area has this banana with a black interior for sale and they did take several interior shots:

Only snapped a few pics since delivery the other week, not the best shots but these may help.

The car is off getting PPF / ceramic / tint right now, but I can grab more later this week when its dropped off.

Full Silverstone, black calipers, shadowline delete.

I went with black for the same reason. I don't regret it. It's boring, but it's also timeless. Can't say I have a ton of pictures as it doesn't show up well from the outside. From the inside well, it's black. Like others have said, it really makes the M3 logo on the seats pop. Also, it works perfectly with the M performance Armrest, which definitely can't be said for orange or red.

Did you install this yourself? I was looking to add this with either color interior. Do you have more pics of your interior zoomed out a bit from the drivers door? The pics I see with black leather really make the M seat belts pop along with the m3 logo as mentioned .

Yeah, it's pretty easy. Took about 10 minutes. I agree, it does look good on Silverstone as well.

I can take one later tonight when I get home. Didn't drive it today.

Following this thread as I'm in the opposite camp - currently have a Brooklyn Gray G82 on order with Full Silverstone, but have been concerned about the upkeep over time and have been considering switching to black or even blue. Car will not be a daily driver and kids are already older. Usually get a black interior and wanted to change it up --- really like the look of the Silverstone (saw it in person at the dealership too and it pops), just concerned about the staining/upkeep.

If I stick w/ Silverstone, the M Perf Armrest seems like a must have option --- car is a MT and the white armrest would seem like a an obvious wear point.

I have a G82 in BGM with a black interior. Coming from an alpine white over coral red 135i I thought it might be too boring, but I love the contrast against the grey exterior. Looks particularly good with all the black exterior components and black 826s.

I have a Brooklyn Grey G80 with SS that is now 2 years old. My interior looks brand new. I had it ceramic coated when I first picked it up and only do maintenance every other month. No issues and this is my daily driver. I get lots of compliments on the color combo too.

Thanks both - as it turns out my build flipped to 150 status when I checked this AM, so for better or worse, I'm married to full SS. Planning to pickup/install the armrest and to have the whole thing ceramic coated --- have never done that before (outside or inside), but will here. Thanks again and OP - GL with your decision.

I'm IOMG w black [full] leather interior. I got kids, too and my last few cars had black interiors, so I figured why not. Kinda boring, but I have no issues with the leather for the past 11 months.

That’s what I’ve decided to stick with. It’s classic and sporty. Easy to take care of too. Any pics ?

Daily IOMG with silverstone and two small kids. It shows dirt but comes clean very easy with quality cleaners/protectants.

I saw an updated pic of your car on another thread. What brand tint /% did you go with? It looks perfect. Did you get tint on the windshield as well?

Xpel XR ceramic tint , 30% , nothing on the windshield. That’s seems to be the sweet spot for tint , at least for me. Dark enough to make it look good and provide sun/heat protection, without being so dark it will attract unwanted attention.

Also keeps it just light enough that you can still see the Silverstone through it , since it’s such a nice option for the interior

I have IOMG with black interior.

Honestly, if I could do it again, I’d have a silverstone or tartufo interior.

Tartufo is the color to get with IOMG.. Black is boring, silver stone has a bit of cold look to it that doesnt look right with the green IMO, and KO is too loud. Tartufo is classy, perfect, and will look good for years if you take care of it. Originally I was hesitant but it looks absolutely perfect in person.
