G82 Dashcam

Folks, would anyone is kind enough to take a few photos of the plastic cover at the back of the rearview mirror in G82 model so I can check and buy the correct dashcam for this car ?

I dont have the car just yet and just wanna go ahead and buy the suitable dashcam which replaces the plastic cover in that position. The shipping gonna take quite a while hence just try to order before the car arrival anyway.

Thanks

You don't need a dashcam if you take the drive recorder which is built in. Ask your dealer

I disagree. Lack of parking mode, generally low video quality (even with only using one camera), low dynamic range, poor night vision, and limited to 40sec of recording time are all reasons to use an actual dash cam.

Drive recorder is just "okay" but I've been pretty disappointed with the footage it gets.

Dashcam is, by all mean, a video recorder which you can review when you want, where you want and keep it if you want. It is not just for a collision and crash !
