I had my SA build a 2022 M4 MT (using 2021 prices) and had only offered me a 1% discount off MSRP. Has anyone been offered more?

About to pull the trigger on MY22 M3xdrive. Has anyone had any success negotiating with either Budds Oakville or Polisario Brampton? If not, can anyone suggest a dealer/SA? Thanks

I'm not sure the dealerships have either exact pricing or allotment details at the moment, so negotiation will have to wait. I am in the same boat as you. I have placed a deposit (In Ottawa) to book my place in line however. Me thinks xdrive in Canada will be the bigger seller vs the RWD version.

Trigger pulled! Went with Budds based on positive past history with the dealership. SA Daniel and SM Iyad are great to work with.

For now Tanz blue with black interior, 826 bi colour wheels, Premium pkg, shadow line lights and CF interior trim. If you coat the leather with ceramic coating or colour lock shield it will help a lot with dye transfer. I got black in the F90 and it is definitely the most carefree interior color-no stains to worry about and probably ages better than light colors as well-but I wouldn't know since it has only a few thousand kms so far. But I would still prefer a different colored interior other than black. I sat in a silverstone G80 with the bucket seats. Man that was one nice interior. That would be one of my top interior choices-after you get it just coat the leather and forget it.

I don't think anywhere in western Canada is offering any significant incentives, demand is too high. I talked to dealerships in BC and AB.

Hey Fellas,

Was waiting for the M3 xdrive version to be released before I replaced my current x6m but reading through this thread it seems dealers are already taking orders which is making me think I should get my order in ASAP.

Historically, I've dealt with Jay at Endras but since the ownership group changed and Jay is no longer with Durham BMW who are you all dealing with on your purchases? Any recommendations would be appreciated...

It seems like discounts are between 0-6% on existing rwd orders any insight as to what I should shoot for on a fully loaded G80 xdrive model?

always amazed at the lack of pricing flexibility out west given the wealth there ... but i heard its somewhat down to dealers all owned by a few groups and thus little no real competition

I think it is more an effect of the "wealth". They know they can sell the car without a discount. They aren't wrong. Depends on the car. I got a good discount off my M240i, and I ordered exactly what I wanted.

Lol there were dealers telling you to pay MSRP upfront? My experience with Budd's Oakville is pretty good too but their wait for MY2022 is long…

Ya mainly Pfaff but that's their business model now ...

Budds were good ya they were willing to beat by .5% to win the buisness but could only promise a month later allocation.
