Correct oil measurement?

What is the oil measurement supposed to read inside of the touch screen? I just measured mine and it is right between min and max. I could have sworn I measured it recently and it said “max”. I have 300ish miles.

Might vary depending on if the car is hot or cold? Did you check at the same time?

Both times the car was warmed up and driven for roughly 20 minutes. Mainly wondering if the “midway” level is normal.
