Anyone have any recommendations for a good muffler person in NorCal? Planning to do the resonator/secondary cat delete with x-pipe, but trying to find someone who will do the cat part of it + will do a decent job

if you're looking to have parts installed I would recommend contacting Carbahn Autoworks in San Jose "steve dinan's" shop

I did, the refer me to Schatz and Krum in Sacramento and they refused to do it as well.

No. Secondary cats and resonators do not have sensors

Most shops will not remove emission components like the catalytic convertor due to being hit hard by the BAR and being illegal in CA
Guess it depends on the shop and what you want to have installed.
