Did you guys secure a PCD date? Luckylingy and I are on the train and should be there tonight or tomorrow. I’ll update this thread with our official arrival date so we can begin the RAM clock.

She emailed my CA, this morning, saying that they are processing reservations (assuming of the batch that just came of stop sale) and for him to expect an email 'within 24-48 hrs, possibly sooner'. this was before i left for work, today. obviously she missed the 'possibly sooner' effort. hopefully, we hear some news tomorrow...

My car took the train and now is just waiting on my stop sales. So far no news and no movement. Maybe later this week or next week I hope.
I have a script automatically checking the recall site and posting to a slack channel every 4 hours.

This is great! Maybe you can extend your app to automatically email your SA upon change of status requesting that he/she call to expedite PCD scheduling.

Arrived in Charleston on 10/23.
Showed at the port for a few days and then in transit, but didn't update to back at the port (VPC) until 11/1.
According to Genius, work order was started on 11/1.

I just saw Geektechlive had his RAM resolved. He got to the VPC on October 27th (9 days). Looks like Charleston is on a roll!

You got that right! Exact same experience as you:

My CA confirmed on his end that it's showing RAM resolved, but PC told him that it wasn't showing on their end yet. They told him that they would email him the schedule as soon as it updates on their end.....

the scheduler hasnt been there for the last couple of days so its been slow to get anything on the books. hopefully, she's back tomorrow

I accidentally was putzing with the script i was using to check the recall site to remove the wrong time and it ran. And THE STOP SALES ARE CLOSED!!!!!! OMG!!!!

Mine got to Charleston on 10/23 as well then it changed to "At the Port" around Nov 1. I have the RAM and it's still Open. My SA said there is no order yet for my parts and they don't have an estimate of when is going to be fixed.
