My SA told me that my rwd order was accepted before the base and xdrive orders in their order bank. Even though i know that M3 allocations can be switched between base, comp rwd and comp awd, i am happy that my order was accepted before others.

I thought the allocations were separate for each of the trims? For example I started at 2nd on the list for RWD comp. My CA showed me the order banks on his computer and the x drive G80 had 17 people on the list

The allocations are for specific trims, however, they can be switched to and from. Sounds like your dealer is separating them and maybe isn't aware they can be flipped.

G80 allocation can be configured as base, comp rwd or comp awd and i think some dealers are not aware of this. Maybe thats the reason i got rwd allocation skipping manual and awd orders who were ahead of me.

I've been #1 for a G82 for 2 months at my local dealership. No allocations 2 months running. Are we sure they only come out once a month and all at the same time?

^^ I am in same boat - ordered first week of November and was first in line; not a single M3 allocation yet to my (small) dealer. I wonder how long an individual dealer can be denied M3 allocation?

When i was talking to dealers early this month, even some M certified dealers who sell pretty good volume didnt get any allocations from last june.

I was expecting a lighter shade of blue as they were including 50 colors to the entire M range.

Any info on the pricing?

My dealer only got 2 allocations yikes
