Well at least that's what my CA told me, I guess he was wrong. Thx for clarifying.

It's audio related and the exhaust amp is tied to sound system. But not sure that my CA was correct. This link may help.

I’m pretty sure we’re beating a dead horse at this point. The last like 15 pages are people just repeatedly posting how they haven’t moved and complaining that bmw sucks. We get it, we’re all in the same boat. Unless someone legit has come out of the VPC or has gotten concrete factual evidence of something positive changing we should probably stop with the non stop negativity. It’s not changing anything and is getting frustrating to read day after day.

Ok I'm going to turn my attitude around and think positively. I am now going for the record. Longest RAM stop sale!

I just picked mine up from the dealer yesterday. Don't cancel your order. The 10 months I've waited was ABSOLUTELY worth it.

So guys...serious question here. This isn't complaining but just a concern that's in the back of my mind. A lot of our cars have been sitting in Baltimore for two to three months. It's winter. Our cars are more than likely exposed to the elements. And there have been at least three of four significant ice and snow events in the meantime. Do we need to be concerned about the condition of these vehicles? I'm thinking things like paint correction, tires with flat spots, rusty rotors. Have any of you had that conversation with your dealers?

honestly it will be nothing to worry about, paint correction may be the only thing you will need everything sounds like a safety hazard so dealer will have to deal with it.

Actually I was wondering about the batteries. I don't have a car there, just something that hit me.

Verts have shipping protection on the tops that stays on until dealer removes. Nothing to worry about.

Mine came with a battery record for checks while it was sitting at the VDC. Looks like they did checks on them while they were held during the production/delivery process.

That's actually nice and surprising. Any idea if the car stored indoors or out? Seems like the M cars waiting for QC in Munich for months were stored indoors.
