Nothing. I called my CA and they didnt receive allocations for any M cars. That's two months in a row now. Congrats on yours!

Bummer, I commend your patience! I'm sure it'll be worth the wait.

The car should be in mid-July. Lmk if you want to check out the color before you confirm your order. It'll be the 1st BGM on island.

Congrats to all who received an allocation!

Does anyone know if BMW will have more allocations throughout the month, or are they only made available once per month? Is there hope for others to receive an allocation still or are we now having to wait until July?

i was told that allocations usually happen about mid-to-late month. so these came early. but none of them seem to have been base models. im hopeful that more are coming, next week. this has been wild. i got offered a local allocation for a build slot that likely wont be until late august. but they want sticker. i almost took it as i'm not sure if the deal that i signed up for will be 'honored' since the car will now be a '22.

Week 40 build. How is that even possible? Is BMW prioritising the US marked so badly? Dont get me wrong, happy for you guys but i am a little bit frustrated.
So many ppl. ordered after me, still get an earlier build week (even AWD models).
M3 is only 140 miles away

I feel your pain, I ordered in the UK on 13 May 2021 for M3C AWD and I got a week 46 build

US market share is huge for BMW so it makes business sense to prioritise sales

Would totally understand it, if it would be due to shortage on electronic parts. However, as US are getting earlier build weeks, it comes down to priority i guess. Some US clients ordered 2 months later, still get build week 27, that is a massive difference...

But you should get one of the first AWDs in Europe

Yeah I guess, BMW NA division must operate on different scheduling basis and have probably some reserved % of factory capacity in Germany.

I would love to think it will be one of the first AWD but unfortunately not! I know some people in UK that are getting August delivery for AWD... think they got lucky with their dealer giving them the first slot.

I purchase directly via BMW via their high volume sales division so you don't get the same priority treatment as franchised dealerships, probably why my build week is so late... but in any case I am happy I have a confirmed build allocation, could've been worse!

I think they factor in the shipping time too. US may get production weeks that wrap up next month, but still may not receive the car for another month or even more afterwards judging by some of the other threads where cars are sitting at port for weeks still waiting for a ship. In the end the actual arrival time may not be that different.

On the flip side someone else posted on here that they are in the US west coast and have a September build date, which is disconcerting for me at least.
