NorCal / South Bay Service Advosors?

Any Bay Area folks located in the South Bay have any good referrals for a service advisor?

About a week ago I dropped of my car at Stevens Creek with a guy named Ken and seems like he had no knowledge on how to even service a car. Dropped it off for looking into a issue with my clutch and he didn’t even bother to jump into my car to diagnose the problem. He even said that my M3 didn’t even need a 1200k break in service which at the point I dropped it off only had 400 or so miles (Red flags).

Got the car back with “normal” operation with clearly a problem with the clutch. I asked to speak with the tech that worked on my car and he made up some stupid excuse that he’s “busy”. I even created a thread in the mechanical G8X section and someone found out it was a faulty master cylinder.

I'd be interested in this, too. I've had decent luck with Stevens Creek using Tyler Lem as the service advisor, but haven't had any significant problems either.

Doing the break in service at 400 miles or 400 miles early does sound too early, though.

Break in hasn’t been done yet. That’s when I just dropped off the car for the clutch issue and the SA mentioned I wouldn’t need to bring it in at 1,200 miles for the break in.
