F150s went up 6-7k and that wasn't even the lighting. Ford sells over a million a year.


Base price of a 2021 Honda civic is 22,085 vs 23 is $25,745...thats almost 16.6% increase.

Just received an allocation this morning with Jan build as well. Has your dealership said if you're order will be subjected to the MSRP price increase? I'm hearing different things.

I have 2 deposits at dealers near me but got a call from another dealer last night. I was 4th on their list with no deposit but everyone in front backed out. Unfortunately they could not select my full fjord blue interior and the only full options were black, silver stone, or Kylami. The build is supposedly in December and maybe that's why I can't get the interior I want? Has anyone else ran into this with non individual interior options shown on the configurator? Bmw needs to keep the builder updated as I've waited since July and can't even get what I want. The other deal breaker is the dealer will not do PDC delivery. I'm going to wait for another allocation but this does show folks are starting to drop out of the market and hopefully this will be a buyers market in a few months.

Mine didn't say anything about the price increase. He showed me a screenshot of my order in the system and it's still the price as ordered in Aug.

I see. I have a production number and status 112. Production week is the third week in January and my dealer said they'll have to add $1500 when the car arrives since it's being built after Jan 1.

I sent my SA a message yesterday regarding the price increase and if that is something that I should be expecting since I still have not received a allocation. Hopefully I have a answer today

I believe it's an issue with Fjord. It was my first choice, but for some reason the system wouldn't allow it (probably not enough time before the build date), my CA tried it and it kept kicking it out, but the other colors were fine.

So… my build was for January and was told there would be a price increase.

End of September I placed my deposit. When was your placed ?

at that point, your CA needs to reach out to the regional rep and request Fjord and that the customer is ok with a delay. Happens more often than you think
