Any other G8X stationed in Germany?

My car is finished, and was hoping to see how long it would take for it to be shipped to Kaiserslautern, DE. The dealer says about 2-3 weeks… but I’m really hoping its sooner than that.

Don’t know what dealer you went through but I was told about 1-2 weeks after the production week. My car was build week 29 so I’ll be sure to keep you updated when it arrives. It’s a shame that I’ll be out of country till mid August so I’ll be waiting till then regardless.

I'm also waiting on a G80 (AWD) in Kaiserslautern. No idea when I will take delivery. I put in the order the 2nd week of June.

Yeah I went through Bavarian as well. If you see a Skyscraper Grey M3C Xdrive in the next couple weeks it’s mine.

When Nurburgring gets cleaned up, any interest in a meet up there?

I'm always down to go, I have been multiple times in my M340i.

I'm actually waiting for the real world test result to come out for the AWD models. If there isn't a big difference in 0-60 and 1/4 mile I will switch my build to a non-comp 6 speed.

It’s an awesome color. I’m glad they added it as a base color. Depending on build week we could be one of the first people on the road in a ‘22 model.

Mine is sitting at the BMC HQ in Wurzburg right now. Has been there going on two weeks with the stop sale. Waiting on parts. Very frustrating.

That’s super unlucky. I’m pretty sure week 29 was after the stop sale so my car should be G2G when it arrives.

I ordered mine back in December of 2020 and received it in K-Town on March 15, 2021. After it was built, I received it about 2 weeks after via transport truck.

Yes! Assuming I get the car of course.

Took my G80 to the Ring about 4 weeks ago and had a blast. I did 2 laps and kept up with most of the cars.

I used Folista as well back in March for my G80. He has a guy that he can recommend (Andi) that he works with to do ceramic coating. Both guys do fantastic work.
