I actually had those in my cart but the orange reflectors don't bother me anymore with the orange calipers!

Their polishing step is good enough for a new car but the polish can be swapped for their one step UNO protect. We also use MF polishing pad with griots perfecting cream for one steps as well.
Thank you for the info! My car somehow came without the dealer installed swirls but I am planning on polishing the car to try and get as much as I can out of the paint. I'm thinking sonax PF with a rupes white or yellow, also may try menzerna 3800 since its more of a finishing polish. I have carpro gloss, as well as lake country crimson finishing pads, and gold jewelling pads as well.

Looks good! Due to ceramic tints not having the privacy other tints with the dye I would of went with darker tints. 15% doors 5% on the rear glass and 50% front windshield. Definitely powder coat your wheels which ever gold you go with is going to look amazing

I was going to say the very same thing & comment on the same part of the car. The orange calipers really work well with this Portimao blue.

I didn't want darker tints to be honest. Might still do the wheels in the future!

I was just about to ask how they put the M logos back on after painting the calipers. That's pretty cool. I figured they just stuck stickers on them but being that they covered them with a clearcoat then they probably look just like factory if not better. Beautiful car my friend! The new M cars are slow to grow on me but yours does a great job of that.

Congratulations!

I love having the peace of mind of the car being fully PPF’d, and ceramic coated. It is worth it. I have already put on 8500 miles my G80, and so much easier to clean coming back home from the Autobahn.

The bugs wipe right off with a wet towel. I love the set r up, orange calipers, with the PB and Kayami Orange.

It must be so nice to paint your calipers orange, and not have one person say "oh, you trying to look like ...." . In Porsche world, if you have black and paint red, or red and paint yellow, it brings out a world of butthurt owners whose model you tend to "emulate". They instantly feel the need to say you are a poser, and why dont you put a turbo S sticker on it while youre at it. In BMW though - Orange - oh, yeah that nicely compliments the interior and goes well with the blue. Why not. Cool.

Love the result.

Love the car and the color. Not to be overly critical but the front tires seem to have a higher profile than the rears....or is it just me?

You're correct. The front wheels are 19" but the rears are 20", so to maintain a consistent overall diameter the front tires have a larger aspect ratio.

Thanks for the reply, do you know if the ceramic coat will shine and reflect the same on a PPF vs with no PPF and directly on the paint

I think it depends on the PPF. Some shops just cookie cut PPF and you don't get a quality product. Every job is all about how well the prep is done. If the car is compounded and polished properly and good PPF is used, STek dyno Shield being one of the best. For that.
