What did you end up deciding? I think TB with KO interior is quite popular but honestly, looking at KO in person did not really appeal to me. I think Sakhir Orange was much nicer (good balance between red and orange).

Hey to the guys that have their TB cars, how is this color holding up? I've read it's pretty sensitive, chips and scratches very easily. Any truth to this? I'm debating TB or Skyscraper gray. I absolutely love TB over SSG but I'm worried it's going to be a nightmare from a maintenance point of view, I'll be using my car as a daily.

For this reason, my car won't see much precipitation, so I don't constantly have to wash it...and my car is ceramic coated with front PPF. But like black, when clean, it's a color that really pops. SSG will be much easier, so if unless you're committed, SERIOUSLY consider SSG for a Daily Driver, since you like both colors. For me, it was TBII or bust, I didn't want another color...though now that I've seen Aventurine Red, that would be a close #2. |

My G82 at the Tail of the Dragon in Tennessee a few weeks ago, with a sea of Porsches (120+). This was taken at the nearby dam, with low-lying morning clouds lurking above us.

Here's a link to a FB video from the dam that morning if you can view it: https://www.facebook.com/10000068046...7292311938576/ And some more pix are below. Obviously my G82 was a special guest. In the 4th pic on the highway, the silver Cayman is our fearless leader who hosted and guided us all weekend, a great guy. And you'll see me in the very back of the pack, straddling the lanes. And look at that Ruf in the last pic! BTW, this same guy hosts a BMW Tail of the Dragon event once a year as well, in May or June each year (he hosts 2 Porsche Tail events each year - spring and fall). I went earlier this year to the BMW event and there was about 50 of us. If I'm not driving across country in the spring of 2022, I'll be attending this event again next year. The BMW event is 2 days of driving instead of 3 for the Porsches, but it's a full day (7 hours of driving each day), on some of the best back roads east of the Mississippi. If you love driving your BMW, it's definitely worth attending. OK, back on topic, sorry to hijack. Last edited by KevinGS; 11-04-2021 at 08:23 PM.. |

I always had blue cars so I said this time will choose something different .Then I bumped into this beauty so I am really considering the TB otherwise will be an individual .
These wheels 825M really match the TBII and they look much better in real life than photos or on the configurator . |
