JB4 Tuned 6MT Manual G80 Launch Control
Hey Bimmerpost fam! Here's a short video on how to use launch control on my JB4 tuned G80 M3 Manual. Shoutout to my wife for taking the video the best she could as she fell back at the launch lmao. I don't use this feature much due to still running stock summer tires. Too much power to put down properly with these tires and it spins quite a bit. I tried to manually launch with DSC completely off once and nearly lost control haha. This is with the car pushing about 600whp on my 93 oct JB4 map.
On my highest ethanol map, it is too much stress on the trans and just plain useless since it just spins haha. Once I get some proper drag radials, I will do some 0-60 times on the strip.
