Now I'm stuck in QC since 11/9 waiting on a RAM retrofit. At this point we have to be happy we're getting a car at some point! Lol

So a rather interesting update here…
Called genius to ask for info regarding my stop sales and which ship I’ll be on. Said I should get the vessel assignment this coming week sometime which sounds about right but here’s the weird part… he said he sees no stop sales regarding my car. I specifically mentioned the ram/amplifier thing and he said he’s familiar with both and where they should show up is empty. Obviously I didn’t trust this so I emailed my dealership and asked the same thing. To my surprise they also said they see no stop sales or holds on my car. I’m very confused. I hope they’re right but really don’t get how they could be. Guess we’ll see. |

I was a week 44 build and I've been stuck at status 155 Q/C since 11/11.
I've seen various people mention a RAM problem? I might be being stupid, but what does RAM stand for? Has anyone got out of Q/C recently? I was expecting delivery last week. |

Week 45 here, the recall tool site does show open RAM cases. SA says car is in transit and doesn't see any stop sales... ETA January 12th, but I doubt it. Last edited by Aeromotive; 12-04-2021 at 08:35 PM.. |

The salesperson just send me an update. "As of this morning you vehicle shows to be loading or awaiting ship assignment as of 12/3. This can take a week or two for your vehicle to be loaded and 2-3 weeks on water. We are still looking at an estimated 4/5 weeks before it lands at the Baltimore port. " I'm assuming until mid january my car will be with me. |
