Hi all, how does this work with OPF fitted cars in the Netherlands? Will this cause any error messages and void warranty as the car is only allowing the valves to be open at cold start. I'm assuming the ECU will sense that the valves are open when they should be closed or half way closed?

I live in Los Angeles (Glendale specifically).

I currently am still running completely stock exhaust with just the SST controller and very honest, to my surprise, I am still more than happy with just the stock exhaust and the valve controllers.

All of my previous cars were extremely loud Mustangs (GT, Shelby GT500) and I thought I would hate the sound of this car after those cars, but the fact that it sounds this good with just the controller surprises me.

Burbles are also quite louder and more distinct now.. I go out to a lot of the shows for our company. Your more than welcome to hear it in person.

Im glad you like it but i have a question. when you say you are happy with the sound, do you mean the sound when you are outside the car or the sound on the inside with the help of ASD ?

Dude, honestly, I really don't know if its the actual sound or the simulated sound that's keep me satisfied hahaha.

Try coding ASD off before you mod anything else. I did just before installing my exhaust and was shocked at how quiet the car is. It's like a Buick without the fake ASD in the speakers, even in Sport +, My stock 2017 340 was sportier sounding.

It's the simulated sound unfortunately your car does not sound anywhere near that sound in real life.


I agree with Berzerker, code out the fake sound and upgrade the midpipe for an actual upgrade, a more realistic sound inside the cabin and a sound that people outside the car will actually hear.

My apologies for the delay. German customs took a lot longer than expected to release the shipment, but they finally did. we received the controllers yesterday and shipped all the pre-orders; we have more in stock now.

Thanks for the quick shipping Mike!

Installation was pretty simple, would highly recommend jacking the rear up to make wire management easier. I routed each wire through the left/right grommet, 3m double sided tape on edge of foam battery cover, zip tied excess wiring to hole/hook for the trunk mat also zip tying wiring under the car and stuffing it above the heatshield. Might clean up later if I see any issues. Programming took all of 2 mins and did Open (A) and Factory (C).
