All kidding aside, that’s interesting. I went with Fields several weeks ago over some of the coastal dealers but have started entertaining Braman as they seem to be more in line with a 6 month wait to production vs 12 months.

I was waiting at another dealer in Atlanta, and my sales there was transparent & responsive each time...always kept me posted on my position on their list if there were any movements. Didn't like our local BMW dealer here in Orlando...the attitude and the transparency, made me feel like I was not a customer but a beggar...

ATL in general has MSRP ordering, but waits are a yearish. Unpredictable if it was less or more than that. After 6+ months on a list without traction, I took myself off and ordered elsewhere.

Reviving this thread, as I placed an order and was told 12-18 months. I have been working with one of the brokers on the boards, and hopefully, soon enough, I can find a car that fits my build spec. I don't really like black wheels at all, and most of the cars out there seem to be spec'd with them...which is a bummer.

Anyone know what current wait times are at dealers in NE/Central/South FL?

After switching dealers I placed a deposit in February and received allocation at the end of March. I ordered individual paint so the build was pushed from a May timeline to June build. I am located in Central FL but ended up ordering in South FL.

Braman, lol, the worst. If you want a contact for Delray, DM me, they sell at MSRP and I’ve got a good guy there. Not sure how long the wait is, but they seem to get allocation pretty quickly.

South Florida has the worst dealers. Delray wanted 10K when I bought my M4 in 2021. Braman would not even call back. Vista sold it at sticker but their service is not good. I hear good things about Coogin in Fort Pierce

Coggin is great, I’ve bought two Ms there, but they’re very small and don’t get a lot of allocations. Delray also told me $10k ADM, but according to a CA I know there, Autonation Corp. got mad about that and they’re MSRP now. I wouldn’t go back to Vista or Braman, though I know a few people that have had good luck with Lauderdale BMW.

If Delray is sticker I would buy from them. I had a good experience with their service department. If I remember they scraped your wheel right?

I've purchased, as well as helped purchase, a bunch of cars in different parts of the State. Always worked out well for me, since I have an established relationship with the service dept. where I live. CA is a good friend of mine, and the SA is cool with me, too.

That’s great. Just saying generally people aren’t getting deals in SFL and going elsewhere. I’m sure there are exceptions.
