East Bay Dealership Experience?

Hey everyone, looking to put an order for a G80 in around late feb/early march. The closest dealer to me is East Bay in Pleasanton, how has everyone’s experience been? Anything to look out for? Any recommendations for who to put the order in with?

Thanks in advance!

Seeing as you're in San Mateo, have you tried Peter Pan BMW?

I moved recently! I was waiting for an allocation at peter pan a couple years back but ended up finding a good deal on a home. Had a relatively good experience there but with the East Bay dealership within walking distance I thought I would check

What advisor would you recommend going with at peter pan if I were to go with them instead?

I had bought 2 cars from a guy at PP who no longer was there. I was routed to someone who I thought would have difficulty finding the bathroom half the time. I just wanted to know when he could enter me into the order bank. I knew allocations wouldn't be out until April-May. He kept on insisting M3 LCI was 2 years ago (confused with G20) Instead of answering, he kept saying I was wrong and the documentation I showed him must be a typo. My guess is that he doesn't sell many cars. I ended up going to SF

I bought a 50e from Raj at Peter Pan. Super smooth process.

Victor Hung is one of the managers there, and I've bought all my BMW's from him.

Ordered my 2023 BMW there from Michael Sutton. Amazing experience despite the 6-8 month wait (this is when there was a long waitlist).

I just picked up my M3 at Peter Pan BMW and recommend to work with Chris Yu and Victor Hung. Honest and straight forward. I paid MSRP for my base '24 M3. I picked my color and options and then it took about 5 months to come in. And the doc fee at closing was less than $100. Other dealerships will charge you $400 or more.

I used BMW of San Francisco, and it was painless (MSRP on an M3 compx). Flew up from OC since all the dealers down here were charging ADM and I do not support that.
