I think you’re good with red or black. (Or gold) Just stay away from blue, it doesn’t match TB. Lots of pics of each in the “official TBII thread” in the build forum.

Here's with red. To those who think brake caliper color clashes with interior upholstery color, I say you're looking too hard.

I've gone with red calipers on my TBII G82 - I think the contrast looks great and much better than the blue (and black is a non-event to me as you can't really see them)

I loved kyalami but wanted red calipers and couldn’t get past the clash. I see many members with kyalami and red calipers so maybe my thoughts were overblown. Went with fiona instead.

I did red with Enzian over Kyalami. I think it's great. Some member here got their calipers custom painted orange.

Black with black wheels to hide those wee rear calipers.
This is course one of those opinion questions, so no wrong answer. My suggestion is to look at the rear calipers when deciding. The fronts look great in red, and if the rears where at least a 2-piston I would have gotten red too. The rear calipers are so small, I wanted to hide them, not show them off. Have you ever seen a car with red painted drum brakes? It looks ridiculous. I think that what the rears look like in red too. Just my opinion of course.

TB2 M4CX with blue calipers incoming. I feel red calipers look too superman costume like and black calipers look blah with any exterior color.

I had the same dilemma when I ordered my Tanzanite G80 base a few weeks ago. I ultimately decided on blue.
I don't like red because I think the contrast with the dark blue is too much. Red calipers look great with BSM, but not with TB to me at least - seems to draw my eyes away from the awesome, understated paint while emphasizing the red taillights. And the black calipers are very subtle - barely noticeable. They look ok with all black wheels IMO, but not so much with the bicolor wheels. Now if you want to hide the calipers, black is the way to go! Like most, my concern with the blue was that the caliper shade would be too light and would clash with the darker TB. You can see some pictures of blue calipers and TB (on a F80) on this post. It looks good to me. Worst case, I will paint the calipers a darker shade of blue!

Should match the interior or exterior, but introducing a 3rd color just breaks continuity in my opinion. So blue or black would flow given your exterior and interior choices, but I prefer blue to highlight the calipers vs. black hides them.

I went with black for my SMB car. I didn't really love the red with blue, and I didn't want blue on blue. I'm considering maybe in the future having the calipers painted gold like the ceramic brakes have. That combo looks great on blue

I think calliper finish is based on personal tastes and also based on the car.
My Dakar Yellow will eventually have its calipers painted to match the exterior paint. The wheels I will have installed are brushed silver with gunmetal windows, so a yellow caliper will make the wheels pop even more. So base it off what you plan to do with the wheels and/or you want a complementing caliper or a contrasting one. Personally, just stay away from blue as it looks mismatched IMO.

I went blue to match the BMW logo and laser lights. I think the blue BMS front-mounted CAI will compliment it nicely as well. My exterior is BMS and the interior is black as well.
Here is my car
