SoCal service advisor?

Does anyone have a service advisor in the LA or So.Cal area that they like?

I know a lot of people went to Charlie@Mckenna - but it doesn't look like he is there anymore based on their website.

Renee Norris at Rusnak BMW in Thousand Oaks. True professional, knowledgable, and fixed a very astute issue I had when I first got my i3S (wind whistle) that other dealers were willing to pass off. She drove with the technician (also amazing!) and made sure that the noise I was hearing was the one being fixed. I was so happy with this visit and many past ones I make a drive specifically for her!

I've had a few SAs at New Century and none of them were bad at all but my preference is Kevin Luu or Pamela Chen.

Alfonso did my break in service @ SouthBay BMW. Very nice guy and will be going to him for my services.

i've always been curious about why people swear by their SA..

is there any benefit to getting to know them? i mean, would one really help get something warrantied if it was a 50/50 decision?
