Diamond Black I believe is the only other finish option.

They don’t exist. BBS hasn’t produced them yet. I checked on them with BBS earlier this week and there’s no ETA and we don’t know if they will ever happen. They announced them but never actually put them into production. You may see people advertising them online but they don’t actually have them. The closest thing is 21” FI-R in M5 fit which requires spacers on the G8x.

Diamond Black
Diamond Gold
Matte Black

Currently there’s only one new set in the US. It’s the diamond black set in pics above.

20x9.5 et10 - 19 lbs
20x10.5 et15 - 20 lbs

18” would be great but you would need new brakes. The weight of these RI-D in 20” are almost the same as BBS RIA in 18”!

Are you driving xDrive or rwd? What size tire are you going to run? Spacers?

I’m going to most likely run a 5mm/7mm spacer to have a near flush fitment.

They 100% absolutely do exist. I have them on my McLaren 720S

OK, I didn’t think student loan was referring to wheels that are made for the 720s

Let me be more specific- They don’t exist in G8x spec. BBS released them for other platforms but there’s no version of FI-R for the G8x platform. There is technically a 21” version for the M5 that can work with spacers but nothing G8x specific.

Fair enough. I've seen a lot of chatter across a few boards to the existance of the wheel period. Which is what I was responding too. I know they are releasing fitmits in the coming years. The wheel was developed on the 720/765LT platform first. I have one of the first 4 sets made. Got them last February. Love them. I would absolutely put them on the incoming G80 M3cs. Second choice would be the RI-D.

Beautiful wheels you got nonetheless!
