I was set on Skyscraper after having seen it live at a dealership.

Then I went and looked at a Dravit Gray M3 comp at another dealership and immediately switched to that, as I liked the meaner look vs the more elegant impression I think Skyscraper gives.

Now I am looking at Skyscraper again and I am also starting second guessing my decision...

Both look great but also makes then car look quite different.

Can't go wrong with either IMO.

I know the feeling... but when I went to confirm my allocation, I saw both in person and went with Dravit. One of my Seven favorite was Dark Graphite and two were a Silver but I really wanted a dark color for M3. Also I wanted my budget to be around 80k and it was full leather or Semi individual color.

Would any of you experts be able to tell me if this is skyscraper? Saw it out in the wild in Carmel, CA and it was gorgeous! Makes me reconsider my Dravit…

Don't expect it to be flashy. You might get bored if you like blue or other flashy colors.
I finally saw Skyscraper today. The car wasn't detailed yet, so it's hard to compare to other colors. It looked really good to me. It does remind me of the old Space Grey that I always liked. I'm sure if you put them side-by-side they would be different, but that's the closest color I can think of. But yes, overall it's just another grey. I happen to really like grey for some reason and this is a really good one. I may still opt for Tanzanite though.

Cool, go with what you like. I also like Skyscraper BUT the car will be muted and if you like that then its all good.
I prefer blue cars, love my LBB M2C and even after ~3 years still love that color. I realized that blue is the color for me overtime.

Almost identical to mine. The only difference is that mine has red brake calipers and mine is Oxide Grey instead of Skyscraper. On these pictures though the colors look quite similar. Would like to see both greys next to each other in one picture.

beautiful! Are those the bicolor 826Ms? Curious if they look more silver or grey in person. The 825 bicolors look so bright to me, but these look a little darker and more subdued in photos which I like.

Yes, those are the 826 bicolors, and you're correct that they're much more subdued looking than the 825s. In fact, from certain angles and lighting conditions, it's hard to determine them from the 826 black wheels. I love them because they give that more aggressive blacked out look without actually disappearing like fully black rims tend to do

It looks great and silvery under the lights, but I wonder if it looks too much like a generic grey under a cloudy day. Can any owners comment?

I don't feel it's generic at all. The color has a lot of depth and does change in light but not as drastic as some pics show. Overall it's a very nice dark grey with lighter undertones. It does in fact remind me of Space Grey.
