PCD Question

Hi guys,

I asked my dealer to put in a request for PCD the day my car entered 150, he confirmed he had put it in. My car is currently on awaiting carrier assignment, most likely would get to the port by Friday. Will PCD first confirm my request? Or will I only know the date after the vehicle gets to the VPC? Please let me know how this works.

Your CA should have confirmation, ask him to forward it to you. If he doesn't have it, he never submitted it, ask him to resubmit.

He said they sent him an email confirming he submitted it but they wouldn’t send a date until the car is at the port in US.

That’s correct, he should be able to forward that to show you, but as long as the request has been made, you’re good.

Has the PCD for non X models resumed?

Mine is sitting on a ship approaching Baltimore … that would suck that I could’ve missed the opportunity to do PCD.

Ask for an updated vehicle inquiry report. PCD should show in the upper right on page 1. Or, call genius and they can confirm. 1-844-4-genius.

PCD is the one that enters the final destination into the system.

For vehicles being delivered to/picked up from the Performance Center, do they all arrive at a specific port on the East Coast near SC, or are they offloaded at various VPCs around the country (based on dealer locations) and then shipped to SC on a carrier?

They all arrive at Brunswick, GA.
