on dec 4th, i ordered some SPL Rear Toe Links. right after i ordered, like right after placing the order, i wanted to add the SPL rear traction links.

8 days later, first order still not even shipped, i get a call about them missing my email or some other BS. whatever, stuff happens, i add the traction links on the order and they told me it would be fulfilled.

10 days later, no shipping or tracking, only traction arms show fulfilled, but i have no clue if anything was actually shipped or not.

i sent another email 2-3 days ago asking for a simple update and nothing. if its a small shop or whatever, trying to be reasonable, but this seems like crap service to me

a shop review section would be nice, but this forum also has a history of burying threads when they are negative towards a sponsor. like i am even worried about making this thread lol

Don’t want to get in trouble, but I bought my Eventuri, TE37 (wait time), Eisenmann, and AA through a company (not a sponsor) not only did the guy hook me up, he answered all my questions.

as a follow up, i still have not heard a single thing from Studio RSR (via email) and i still have no parts or even shipping confirmation.

i have disputed both charges with credit card, both charges for refunded to me via credit card. i ordered the SPL parts directly from SPL and already i have UPS tracking for items. problem solved i guess.
