Posting this as reference to a before and after I drop it Saturday ...

Im thinking 20mm to start because it will settle about 5mm more to get a full 1 inch square drop... thoughts? KW HAS.

Gorgeous 992 GTS Vic! The only thing its needs is those rear reflectors wrapped in some 3M 2080 matte black vinyl. Its 99.9% perfect match.

What did you do with your 991.2 GTS?
I might keep the red, it offsets with the red calipers

The Point Two is byeeee --- sold for all the payola.

Right on. I went from clear to red tails with the red middle light too. Only to put all the clear lights back on a month later. lol.

Oh I was happy until I bought the new one LOL ...

I did the Soul Cats like I did on my 18 and then the M Engineering Tune which keeps the valves open all the time- its so muchhhhh better. But today I get the rear center section done and its gonna be ugly loud.

TFL this time aka Tubi.

Hard to quantify but with boost coming on faster Id have to say the car is just more aggressive and that will create the "feel" of a better ZF. But again, hardware is hardware and one can not change that. The TCU is key here and the software.

So I went with a more modest drop on this car; maybe 16mm pre settle so I should see about 20mm settling all in when its driven more. The KW just may be even more soft that the OEM springs because roads felt even better (Ones Ive driven on before over and over) but we shall see with more drives.



Here is an IPhone Vid that Ben took (thanks again to RG Sport for everything).

Some notes:

RPM limited at standstill to 3500
Not a full pull of course
200 cell cats
TFL Italy rear section

I really like what the car sounds like down low and will get more vids up top where the LeMans style flat 6 comes alive. Its no GT3 but its definitely louder by about 30-40% with great low end grunt and higher end exotic pitch.

Volume up as it was take via a cell

Its kind of my m/o as people here just tend to gravitate better to ownership posts and even mods while over there its Porscheway or no way (perception of course). I like going there but the versus section here and the F90 forum has been fun and respectful when I, or others, post a new non M acquisition.

One thing for you to look into w your shop; on 991/.2 GTS, ppl were installing elephant racing control arms in order to gain adjustability of track size; i.e. you could poke out your wheels for perfect stance, etc. I don't know if ER has a solution for 992 yet, but that is an option to explore. With that you can get the perfect flush fitment, while keeping the center locks (which I love).

I saw this come up when 991.2 GTS guys were installing GT3 rims; the rear was relatively perfect, iirc, but the front needed substantial adjustment to get flush.

I heard about that from my tech but its a bit of a job and I probably wont make that move but thanks for reminder for sure!!
