switch/code off DSC notification
Always when I push the DSC button (MDM or DSC off) in my G82 a notification window appears in the control display. So everybody in the car can see it. I would appreciate if I could switch that notification off or code it out. In was able to switch it off in my old F80.
There is an option under car -> settings -> settings -> notifications But there is only an option for the air condition Any ideas? |

You are right. But it seems there is no way to remove it.
This is really annoying. Tooooo long (something like 8 seconds ans totally useless). A geek toy, for sure. To follow in case it is really possible. |

under HEADUNIT -> 3008 FES STABILITY_CONTROL_POP no more annoying popups! |

I did this yesterday after seeing it on another post and it works as I'd hoped - great to finally be rid of the annoying pop-ups!

Interesting. Which notice is this eliminating? I haven't been into DSC off enough yet to really catalog all the notifications. It doesn't remove the yellow lamp showing that it's off, just the popup notification?

Just when you hit the button and it pops up on the screen.

It removes the pop ups on the central “Control Display”, so you don’t get the pop up each time you switch between modes that have DSC on or off, for example when you toggle modes using the M1/2 buttons |

How about the pop up when you change m-modes?

ID7 ID8?
My ID is 8. I tried this code and nothing changed. There is still a security prompt.

Maybe try searching the phrase ‘POPUP’?
It might just be an ID7 thing, unfortunately. I just found it when I search POPUP. |

I coded it off on my last car (2022 G82 M4CX) which had iD7
My new car (2024 G80 M3CS) is iD8 and doesn’t have pop-ups, so they don’t need to be coded off |
