Anyone ever order from Circle BMW??
Just ordered a SIRIUS sat radio from Circle BMW - they have the best price I've seen. Has anyone ordered from them and if so how was the shipping and customer service?

I have heard nothing but good things about Circle BMW. You shouldn't have a problem

Things are boring over at Bimmerfest.....the same group of know-it-all snobs are posting their brains out in the ED forum.......so I thought I'd 'shop around'...... Hey, I was up in Kearny Mesa tonight (ate at Chopsticks on Convoy...yumm) and drove by BMWSD...they have a ton of new 3s on the lot....Mystic Blue looks pretty hot!

Don't go for Pacific BMW
Pacific BMW sucks. I ordered 4 items, one is carpet floor mats, instead of regular BMW mats, they sent me M3 mats, and everyone here says "no, doesn't look good". I called them today 5 times, everytime the phone operator said sales rep were busy, and would call me back today and asked for my phone, I gave me number, and yet no one called me, I will call again tomorrow (or today 12:18am right now), I will keep calling until I get my mats

Living in the midwest, I considered both Circle and Pacific to order my alarm and my all-weather mats. I ended up going with Circle, because their shipping quotes were less. Glad I did, I had good experiences both times.

I had trouble with them too.
But after making few phone calls, working my way through it, I figured out how stuff works there. They have website running 24x7 with no in-house tech support. They have internet orders shipped only on Tuesday (may be sometimes Saturday). That is the only time someone will look at your order, no matter u ordered six days ago & your credit-card got charged for full amount. So if you have problems with your internet order then... u getting helped is close to NULL. They usually stock general parts & will be shipped to you once a week, but their inventory is not co-ordinated with what they sell online, so if u placed an order for specific part & its not in inventory then the only time they replenish it is when they start packing your order on tuesday morning !!! Good thing is that they ship available parts ASAP, & bear double shipping cost of breaking your order. And if u really want urself heard, then call Parts Manager , his direct phone number is listed online. Their internet prices are unbeatable. But only if you have patience. Or call them to get those prices on phone & work your order from there. |
