Question Valvetronic Designs Midpipe Upgrade?

Anyone else considering purchasing the "BMW M3/M4 G8X MIDPIPE UPGRADE" from Valvetronic Designs? It should make the car sound a little better but unfortunately, I haven't seen any comparison videos yet.

If you install the VT midpipe does it break the warranty?
