Oh ok. I was only checking, or searching to see if i have an update because i don't know what the latest update is.

I have my 1200 mile break in service due in 2 weeks so i'll mention it to them to check for updates unless they do that automatically.
You'll get the Nov update then

Peeps, remember BMW normally puts out the bigger updates three times a year, March, July, and November. Normally not long after those updates hit new production cars and dealers the OTAs start coming and are one bigger version behind.

It is certainly possible to get a smaller OTA in the meantime once or maybe twice... i.e. 07/2021.xx to 07/2021.xx

Also just because there is a newer software update out than your car may have when you go in for a dealer visit (oil change, 1200mile, etc.) does NOT mean they will just update the software to the latest version. They will certainly update if it is needed to address an issue that newer software may correct. I suspect the reason BMW is not willing to pay for needless updates all the time under warranty and the dealers want to be paid for the time. A few times on my G05 it took 5+ hours to update the software as the first attempt didn't work (not sure why but apparently it can be a hassle). Thankfully every OTA I have had thus far worked without a hitch.

2022 BMW M3  [9.50]
Got into my car today and my seats where not programmed. My car radio also shut off the second I opened my door after driving (I had it set to stay on). I assumed we must have had an update. But I checked my version and Im still on 11/2021.35.

Just thought it was odd that my settings reset and I have no update.
