Please post your G80 M3 Lease deals!

These threads have been very helpful for negotiating the best lease deals on other forums so hopefully it helps some people here.

I am currently leasing an F90 M5 have positive equity in it. Previously had an F80 and after driving the new G80 I need one! Just wanted to know the avg prices people are paying.

If you're coming from an F90 M5, you're going to be disappointed with the G80 lease.

There are no Gx "Lease Deals" these days unfortunately.

Cap Cost is MSRP (less any small incentives such as owner loyalty), MF is .00093, residual is 57% on a 10k. Plug in to a lease calculator and that's your payment.

Exactly my issue! I got the F90 for a steal. 1200/month 111k msrp. I'm getting quoted 1150 for the G80 at 79k msrp. I can't justify it.

I decided to lease because it makes more sense. $0 down just first month/acquisition fee. 0.00093 MF, $100K MSRP 3yr/15K for $1480? I need to double check Texas sucks for leasing but financing even at 0.9% with a fair amount down is more so why not. I'm paying under MSRP for my car.

edit: I'd be paying more even putting $12-15K down financing for 60mo @ 0.9% so why do that when I can invest the money if I'm going to spend it on something and get an actual return.

Someone has reported a deal and whats the point of asking for proof.

Any deal has tons of variables: Buying history, Dealer relationship, Timing, Dealer location, Dealer monthly target and the list goes on. Even if another person goes to the same dealer / sales guy, he might not get the same deal.

Makes me feel great that he thinks my deal is so unbelievable. There are two dealers here in the Milwaukee area. International autos had a non Xdrive m4 when they were first released in the spec I wanted (except for Xdrive). I got them to offer me 7% below msrp. I told my dealer (BMW Milwaukee North) about the offer. As I said , I have leased two previous M cars with them. I also have a very good relationship with the sales manager. They offered to match the deal if I’d wait for them to get an Xdrive allocation. To their credit they have stuck to their word.

By divulging the dealership names, you have made it easy for those people!

Make what easier? I’m thankful to my dealer and if they get more business by me letting people know they give good deals to loyal customers and stand by their word that’s a good thing.

Definitely. Being a part of several forums, i have passed on several members / friends to most of my sales guys across OEMs.

At least members would have to reach out to me through a PM to get their info based on my price reports in the forum.
