or at month 20. or month 30. no restrictions. and there's no mileage restrictions, either. but...you have to understand that mileage is gonna have a negative effect on its value whenever you decide to get rid of it. just like you'd have to do in a 'regular' loan...

Yup yup. I definitely got lucky. Not quite the 8% discount I agreed to for the '21 we spec'd in April but...in THESE times...its pretty noteworthy. And I was likely the last customer my CA was allowed to do that with...

If one were to take the cash flow savings that would have been otherwise tied up in the car and invest them making 1.5% you would be better off than the self amortizing loan (total interest on the monthly cash savings > additional interest on the loan and balloon). The problem I see in the financial world is that people use select when they otherwise couldnt afford the self amortizing loan and then there are no cash flow savings for them to earn interest on. I have done select for 3/4 of my BMWs and the above has worked nicely. I will always take liquidity of select over more equity in my car, because as they say: "you can't eat your car."

Was the 0.9% Balloon a one time thing? Looking to finally pull the trigger on a build, highly doubt the 0.9% will be back again when my order is finally ready. Looks to be 3.9% now.

I am looking to purchase a 2022 M3 Comp in NJ. Aside from the several month wait times, all the local dealers I have talked to are looking for a + $5-15K market adjustment depending on build. Others have not responded at all to my online inquiries on getting a price on my build.
Has anyone had any recent experience getting the markup waived? I am fine paying MSRP and typical dealer fees - but no way I agree to extra markups. I might have to wait a year or 2... |

Some members have dealers that don't charge markups, so maybe they can chime in here. Things are rough right now (obviously), which is why there's tons of dealers charging over MSRP. GL. |

Same here. 0.9 for trinational & currently 3.9 for the BMW Select. I wonder if it will change in the upcoming months. It seems if I put some cash down this week or next I will be waiting 6+ months for delivery.
