I wouldn't do it. If you are ordering a car, you should get MSRP with no mark-ups.

I don't do MSRP mark-ups or interest rate mark-up.

If your credit is a Tier 1, then the mark up on interest rate is 0 (ZERO).

The highest I lease any car is at MSRP (which is at the current situation). But then again, all my used cars have higher resale value (not sure why). So it evens out.

why should you pay a markup if you have top tier credit?

You shouldn't. End of story...

Not sure if anyone else here got it… but I just got an email from BMWNA for accelerate into autumn sales event. They're giving a 1k discount on 2021 and 2022s. It might match with the 500 loyalty. Offer looks to be only through 9/16-9/19. Finance and lease offers still apply. A little bit of extra help off the msrp deals…

Because they can sell the car to the person that will. It's a sellers market.

Mine is a different car from Encinitas. BG over black loaded. I think sticker was $88.4K. I was going to have it pulled over to my person at Vista, but he decided to try and be a little greedy so I went straight to Encinitas and made the deal. Great build though and super stoked on the car.

Take it and refinance with one of the CU's. Can get Navy FCU for 1.9% over 72 months which matches the rate from BMWFS. Take it for 2.9% from the dealer and then swap it out within the first 30 days.

Sent this to my SA, he said it is only valid on "in-stock" vehicles and not cars on order. Might vary by dealership, thanks for posting!

Just ordered my 2021 m4 comp .. decided against the xdrive due to I only buy rear wheel drive ( my corvette is pushing over 900 rwhp so I wanted a luxury sport car as a daily ) … I got a deal with a military discount ( 2500$ off msrp) and it will arrive in December which is fine .. however I’ve been seeing this enzian blue m4 but when I built mine it wasn’t available . I got the Brooklyn grey . But since I’m getting a decent deal , most dealers are selling at 10-12 k over msrp , I don’t want to pester the dealership lol anyone know how I can get that enzian blue color ?

You aren't pestering them. It's their job. Should only take a phone call and a few minutes of their time to change the order. Do it!

You have to submit a request to BMW. As enzian has been approved for others, you'll likely get it approved. I believe the cost should be $4,500.00. It may push your build week back however.

Yea it would cost about 5,000$ more so I kept it the way it is and I’ll be registering the car in Oregon to only pay 400$ of sales tax . And now the waiting begins . Time to shop for an exhaust lol

Stupid question - if I just placed my order - am I getting a 2021 or 2022 and is there any differences between the 2? Thanks in advance

It's a 2022. Differences are:
1. no wireless charging (its been deleted)
2. AWD now an option (obviously)
3. laser lights a standalone option, separate from exec package (make sure to check your build; I've seen others make this mistake)
4. Aventurin red added as a color option

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Why? The only thing that you’re “missing” is wireless charging, which is useless anyways.

This is correct. Wireless charging pad won't fit Pro Max size phones, and only charges phones it does fit at a very slow rate. The wireless charging pad makes the USB ports seem like fast chargers.

But the Laser Lights definitely made the exec package more worth it.

For loyalty do you need BMW right now or to own one in the past?
I used to get mine serviced at the same dealership.
You get 1000 for being a college graduate?
I plan on just paying cash. They quoted me MSRP.

I believe the $500 loyalty incentive applies when financing or leasing through BMWFS. You qualify as long as you've owned a BMW within the last 12 months.

The $1000 College Grad incentive applies for recent college graduates (within the last 24 months or within the next 6 months) and also appears to require BMWFS financing/leasing.

I believe the only incentive available for cash buyers is the $1000 event OL code (generally given out during local test drive events). Technically, these don't apply to custom orders.

Thank you. It could not hurt to try to save a little. At least, I am under 90K. Now my next problem is if I want to give up my Emira allocation and get the M3.

I was told this $1000 does not apply to the M3 and/or custom orders. Either way I don't qualify.

Given the demand for the Emira, you can probably drive it for free (or even make money a la M2Cs and current Porsche products).

Gotcha. I was under the impression that all cars qualify as long as they’re already on the lot.

I would definitely check with a dealer if you find a car you like on the lot. They might give you the $1K discount but then charge you $10K over MSRP....
