Random G80/G82 Shot of the day

Always loved seeing my cars in what would seem to not be their element.

A sports car in the woods or a rwd one in the snow.

But with this car being xdrive, it certainly feels like it's in its element.

Seeing how this feels like a snow beast and compared to driving deep snow at times all those years in an f80, f82, e92, f30 and a bunch more rwd cars………feels like rwd M car drivers in snow deserve medals. This is another level and so fun and effortless.

Nah, He sent me the raw file and its not my vid to post. Im the end user sir and the videographer guy was hired by BBS (they are the NA distributor of the exhaust).

But as soon as I get the green light, its on.

It's been raining all day and I've had a loooong day, so no pretty pics like how some you guys do - but I'm absolutely in love. It's amazing what a 6 speed manual can do for the experience of a car. Normal driving wise, it's similar to to the F80 from what I remember, but shifting on my own meant that much more engagement and fun. It was very easy stepping away from the DCT Atlantis Metallic F80 I had - I'm not so sure it'll be anywhere near as easy in this 6 speed Dakar Yellow G80

I think this configuration should be called the banana configuration. Love the exterior color, but would need to see the interior in real life. Certainly not a boring car.

Congrats. It takes a few days to settle in I found, so much going on initially on pick up day and then the usual friends and family run to show them. It was the weekend after I picked up the car that it really sunk in and it's a very enjoyable experience.

relatively inexpensive set up but works well enough with my rwd + manual set up.
