Anyone going for the speedSF event at Sonoma on 9/15? Its going to be my first ever track day!!!

I'll be there on the 16th for HPDE.

Give these videos a watch as many times as you can:

If you can swing it, I'd recommend signing up for their AutoX event (no cone work) on the 15th, and pushing your DE to the 16th.

I'm not a track expert by any means, but Sonoma is a high-speed technical track, so it helps to have prior basic car control understanding. Do your best to talk to your paddock neighbors to see what works for them, and don't be afraid to ask questions, especially during your group's session review.

Thanks for the links. Very cool. I can’t go on 16 but I did hire a coach as well.
