Car dealers trying to get followers on social media is always complete cringe. They have all of the access to the latest cars, but I have yet to see anyone actually do a decent job on these videos.

Just bought a '21 F97 S58 X3M Comp last week.

BSM over SO, 5k miles on it when delivered for $14k under sticker. Installed a JB4 hours after delivery and can run a <11 sec 1/4 which is ludicrous.

I can walk around the entire car, front and back, with zero regret. I was planning to order a G80 xDrive the minute they opened up...but no need now IMHO.

Looking forward to a review where BMW does not supply the cars and control the messaging. I already know what those reviews will be: They are incredible cars. Just like the M2 CS but a little bigger. And the grill looks so much better in person. Etc. Etc.

I feel like the recent step change to really nice interiors is partially motivated by the fact that the interior space is increasingly becoming the biggest draw for new customers, as we move away from ICE and into EV-sameness. Interiors are a good differentiator. I do like how they blend functionality back into a very attractive interiors so we can pretend the E9x and early F8x interiors never happened. I do miss the "anti fatigue" climate knob, if only for the confused passengers.

I don't recall ever seeing so many structural bolts in the engine bay. This seems new for BMW. It's very similar to the x-bracing under the motor.

I’m liking the IOMG but not so much with the orange leather. The green could work really well with Tartufo individual interior if that becomes available.

In this video at least, the G80 appears to sit little lower than G82 and the previous generation car. Not sure if it's the 21/20 wheels, but almost perfect stance for the street from factory 👍
