Yes, love adding the small details like the painted roundels or the painted center caps on the wheels.

i'm assuming you can't tell a difference from where you didn't PPF vs where you did? thinking of doing the same. i see no reason to PPF an entire car really.

No, can't tell a different at all when looking at it. You can slightly feel the difference between a panel that has it and the panel that doesn't.

I bought one of those German beer advent calendars at Costco this year. For today's beer, the can really reminded me of my car's color so I figured I'd take some photos and have a little fun with it.

Hey thanks for posting that picture; mine as delivered was the same. But I had an 'essential tools' pouch retained from a previous BMW (containing a tow hook, screwdriver, wrench and handful of fuses). I transferred all but the wrench into the empty styrofoam block, so everything's in one place.

(BTW, anyone else here carry a tow strap in their 'winter kit bag'?!?)

Unless you can pull a Subaru out of a snowbank with it, um .. no. But your decorative strap will look really pretty. I'd be tempted to get one myself, if it could stay clean longer than a week. We're a more practical bunch here Up North. Hand warmers, mittens, blanket, extra coat and boots .. that sort of thing. Not that you'd know or need any of that, where you live!
