Installed the OEM carbon fiber side badges. Ordered Sunday from Scheidemann in Denmark and delivered today. $763 including shipping for the set. Can't beat that!

Actually was thinking of that too…but this is almost impossible to paint…only thing would be a sticker maybe…but then the color matching may be difficult…as I wanted the M4 in the same color code as the calipers…

Already the M4 was a PIA for the paintshop…the guy that owns it is a good friend…and he spent hours on it…just a normal shop probably would have said no to this work, and after he was done he said basically too: Never again

Completed the break-in service today. I scared myself a little bit when I went 70% on the accelerator on the way home after downshifting first. I went from Washington to Mexico in what felt like 2 seconds. I was only intending to reach the border but I was firmly in Mexico before I knew it. It was like a time warp had occurred where the whole world slowed down, I got tunnel vision, and then I eased off the accelerator and the sounds returned.

This car is an engineering marvel. I thank all the nose haters for standing in the peanut gallery allowing the rest of us to get these cars without even longer waits.

Probably one of the best remarks on this forum. Definitely in the top five. I can't stay out the garage looking at my car and thanking my wife for pushing me to order my car last year in June.

I came out of a 2017 F82 with MS 15 front/rear on H&R springs and the stance was beautiful. I love the G82 but the stance is awful. I'm on MS 12/15 w/ KW HAS and still doesn't look no where near as nice as the F82. Still, the G82 takes more steps forward then back when compared to F82. I also miss the DCT but now I'm starting to get in to comparison which is best saved for the other discussion thread.

Replaced ride height sensor on the rear passenger side. Like a dummy I snapped it when I was installing springs. I knew I had to disconnect it but was probably in lala land. I super glued the piece and it was fine, but being anal I had to get it replaced.

Learn from my mistake, don't daze off while working!

I'm running 12mm in the front and my car is lowered (MSS springs) on P-Zeros. No rubbing at all on full lock. It's about 1mm away from touching the fins inside the fender.

Not sure if the spacers matter, but I'm running on MS.
