Finally Picking up Long Awaited Car in NY
Almost nine months since the order, finally picking up 2022 M3 Comp Xdrive in IOMG. Longest nine months ever.
My nine year old is going to lose his mind. Total surprise. And brand new to this forum. |

Didn't know that ordering and buying the car is a whole journey in itself before buying an M3. It makes it all the more worthwhile. Good luck with the next chapter! |

Congrats!! I have an IOMG currently on a ship and hoping it will be here in a few weeks (if it goes through port smoothly). I haven't had to wait nearly as long- I don't think I would be able to handle 9 months of torture

Finally Picked Up!
I ordered it May 3. Put into production on Nov 11. Delivered yesterday. The wait is finally over. But well worth it!

Were you waiting on an allocation? I ordered mine in July, and collected it in October 2021.From the sound of it, you should have registered, here when you ordered the car. Did you know what vessel the car traveled on? Was it sitting at the port? Did you track the build? Im always curious to see what people missed out on, not being a part of this forum.

This is the first forum I’ve ever actually joined. I was second in line waiting for an allocation. My first Bimmer. I had MB Amg the past few cars and the last one was just a mess. Time for a change. I tracked it through the site but not much else. I know it sat at the NJ port for the better part of three weeks.
How could I have gotten it faster with the forum? |
