Rule of thumb on combo is usually choose Sport if planning to add downpipes or Race if leaving the downpipes & midpipe stock.

Race & Catless Downpipes is very loud & raspy combo, unless you're looking for that specific type of sound.

I've really gotten used to the exhaust notes, but I have considered going with the Remus Sport exhaust to reduce the drone.
Do you have sound clips? or vids?

This is the day it was installed: https://youtube.com/shorts/pmjZs1M0YI0?feature=share

And it doesn't do it justice. I'm pretty sure at that point it was already past the cold start phase. During cold start, if you're outside the car, you can't hear anything but the exhaust. My apartment manager says that he can hear me start my car when he's in the office. His office is one story up, through 3ft of concrete, on the other side of the parking structure.

Anyone know if its possible to just replace the box rears from Race to Sport? If so anyone selling them? Or do we have to replace the entire rear system?

You can replace the muffler only without replacing the entire system

We offer the muffler separate.

Oh its an option, im considering! Can you send me the link or price?

Also, with Sports Remus + Midpipes + DP (non stock) in your experience does it still have bad drone?

Hows the sound difference from Race vs Sport? Does it still have that very deep tone?

Update:

Swapped my Val midpipes with Remus mid section with stock front section. Can confirm drone barely exhausts now but lost the deeper tone.

Current set up AAW DP + Remus Midsection + Remus Race.

Next year new experiment with AAW single midpipes and swapping Remus race for Sports 🙂

Does anyone know if the Dinan mid pipe (that has an X in it) fits with the Remus axle back (sport version if it matters)? Want an x pipe but struggling to find a 76 MM section, which the Dinan mod is. Want it to be equal diameter top to bottom if I can help it.

Anyone looking to buy a remus axle back racing for G80 with carbon tips, let me know. I just got them installed this week but decided I’m too old for exhaust. Haha.

Just want to ask, I just installed the Remus sport catback, and also the AA midpipe. Planning to install the Dalher valve control soon. Frankly inside the car it doesn't sound loud at all, but when I open the windows, I can hear the Remus exhaust sound.

So just wondering if its me that don't really hear the loud sound inside the car due to the sound insulation? Or I should consider adding downpipe to really hear more of the exhaust sound inside the cabin?

If you want more sound, invest in catted downpipes. It'll make a big difference.

if the check engine light is a concern, AA is the way to go as it offers a no CEL guarantee

if the check engine light is not a concern, get the MAD S58 catted downpipes

Does the sport exhaust comes with everything to pair up with AA single Midpipe?

Has the valve spring issue been corrected or are you suppose to use the stock valve spring?
