Our cars hit the port the same exact time/same production week/same port destination. Wonder if we got a bunch of defective part or they build the cars without some parts. My CA/Genius said they don't see any issue on their end. Literally zero issue but yet here we are 1+ month.

On a serious note, there is nothing wrong with these vehicles. You can find if you have any stop sale by plugging in your VIN to the recall database. If you have a stop sales, parts will be retrofitted in US VPC.

BMW is not following first in first out especially for logistics and thats most likely the reason. Your vehicle might have been parked in one lot and they might be processing the vehicle from a different one within the port. I went through the same issue with mine. My vehicle sat at port for 4 weeks whereas other vehicles from the same build week almost reached US even before i got on a boat.

A buddy of mine was also week 10 build. Got to the port in Germany a couple days before mine. His is still sitting there for almost 2 months now

Hmm, yours must have been delayed by some stop sale (formal or otherwise). Everyone else who finished up assembly in the past couple weeks seems to have made it to port within a few days. (Now, waiting at port has been an entirely different endeavor... with delays anywhere from a few days to a few months.)

That happened to most cars leaving factory during 3.20 - 4.1
Roughly 10% of cars went to Bremerhaven port by train and caught up a ship immediately, and the rest of us went to BMW distribution centre by truck.

Mine sit in Krefeld distribution centre for the past 6 weeks and finally moved to Bremerhaven port last week.
I would suggest you reaching out your CA to see what's the actual location of your car via their internal distribution tool.

"At the port" doesn't mean your car is really locating at the port.

Genius does not able to see the actual location AFAIK, what they can view is also the "at the port" status
