BMW introduction from Mexico
Hello all from Mexico
I have been around high performance cars my entire adult life. My first BMW was a 2002 e46 lacuna seca blue coupe. Had an e30 henna for a couple of years but suince sold it. Currently in my garage in the states I have a Mclaren, Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Corvette. I have always made it a rule that I need to be able to service my vehicle where I live and since most of my time I am in Puerto Vallarta I Have not come back to BMW until now. We finally have a BMW dealership here. When Vallarta got a Mercedes dealership I traded in the Hellcat for an AMG A45 Yellow night edition. I am now drawn to the 2022 M4. There are so few available anywhere in Mexico, and Tom order one will take 4-5 months if the dealership can get an allocation. What to do? The dealership was nice enough to work out a deal to trade an incoming “open” allocation X6M competition for a Potamoa Blue M4 Competition. This car from what I can configure is fully loaded with everything you can add to the car and with a pretty nice discount. I guess it was an ordered car where the customer backed out and now it is just sitting. Needless to say, anytime you are hunting for a new car its exciting Here to share my experience and get some knowledge. |

If that’s in pesos, I would buy all the M3/4 available in Mexico. $521,600 Mexican pesos is $26,080 US dollars as it’s 20 pesos to 1 dollar.

Love your collection as well as the spec! The brakes are the only thing I wonder whether they should be upgraded. I'm biased, as I optioned the Carbon Ceramic brakes and love them, but regardless everything you have in the spec is great stuff. I've got the carbon bucket seats with full Silverstone leather and I honestly never get tired of getting into the car and seeing all the luxury.

I’ve read that the carbons aren’t necessary if you do not intend to track the car. |

The carbon brakes have effectively no dust from daily driving, and what's more, if you don't track the car, the brakes essentially last the life of the car and are almost maintenance-free because they're so durable.

Nothing beats 80 Degree weather everyday without a cloud in the sky. Of course, when everyone is enjoying their perfect summer, we are swimming in humidity and heat. But for now, its high season until June. Last edited by Topcarbon; 01-11-2022 at 05:34 PM.. |
